To our Philip Project Alumni
One of our joys at the Philip Project is keeping in touch with our alumni, hearing from you andsupporting you in your journeys as the Lord leads you. You are ourencouragement and a source of inspiration to the current class. Hence, we havehistorically kept an Alumni register containing the contact details of ourAlumni far and near - to allow us to regularly keep in touch.
However, this has not been easy because of two reasons. Firstly, it has been difficult to maintain an up-to-date record of our Alumni's contact details - most of youhave changed addresses a few times since you were students in the PhilipProject. Secondly, it is important, that information such as your personalcontact details should be kept securely and with your clear consent. Therefore,it has been key that we find a way that allows you to securely and regularlyupdate your details - so that we can stay in touch, once again.
With our new Philip Project website, a new tool has been developed that will simplify themaintenance of our Alumni register - the PP member profile.
Every Philip Project member - past and present - is most welcome to register here on the PPwebsite and once registered, can fill in their current contact details in theirPP member profile.
We have put in place a secure online registration process for our genuine Philip Projectmembers - past and present. So, when a new registrationis submitted, it is reviewed online by our Philip Project Task Team. This approval process helpsensure that our online PP community is safe from any malicious intrusion.
Once one is registered, it is easy to fill in and regularly update their contact details -via their PP member profile. Only fellow registered PP members can view eachother's profiles.
Because we are careful about who registers as a PP member and because of the ease ofmaintaining one's PP member profile from anywhere in the world, this new toolon our website will make it easier for all of us to keep in touch.
So, please register and update your PP member profile today!
